1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of technader.com and the services offered by TechNader LTD ("TechNader", "we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What we offer

TechNader designs and develops software, mobile apps, websites and automation systems, and provides related services such as data analytics, AI, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, digital marketing, branding and consultancy. We also operate products such as Bizzas and Tizzpay.

3. Using our website

• You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.
• You agree not to copy, scrape or resell our content without our written permission.
• Information on the website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

4. Our products

Use of Bizzas, Tizzpay and any other product we operate is also subject to the terms and policies shown inside or alongside that product. If those terms conflict with these, the product terms apply to that product.

Bizzas subscriptions are billed in Naira through Paystack. Plans, prices and features may be updated, and we will give notice of material changes to existing subscribers.

5. Custom work and projects

Custom development and consulting work is provided under a written proposal, quotation or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline and fees. Those documents take priority over these general terms for that project.

6. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@technader.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

The TechNader, Bizzas and Tizzpay names, logos, website content and software are owned by TechNader LTD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in the agreement for that project.

8. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and business data you put into our products. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third party services and links

Our website and products may link to or rely on third party services such as Paystack and smartbizza.com. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

We work to keep our website and products accurate and available, but we provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TechNader is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if these terms are broken, if payment is overdue, or if needed to protect our systems and other users. You may stop using our services at any time, and you can cancel a Bizzas subscription as described in our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be settled, it will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
