1. Who we are

TechNader LTD ("TechNader", "we", "us") is a technology company based at Godab Estate, Lifecamp, Abuja, Nigeria. We build software, mobile apps, websites and automation systems, and we operate products including Bizzas and Tizzpay. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit technader.com, contact us or use our services. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company details and the content of any message you send through our contact form, by email or by phone.
• Information collected automatically: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Product data: when you use Bizzas, Tizzpay or another product we build for you, we process the account, business and transaction data needed to run that product. Each product may also carry its own privacy notice.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To create, run and support your accounts and subscriptions.
• To send important service messages such as billing notices and security alerts.
• To improve our website, products and services.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and payment providers (for example Paystack, which processes Bizzas subscription payments), and with authorities when the law requires. These providers may only use your data to provide services to us.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including meeting legal, accounting and reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online service can be completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep them private.

8. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
• Object to certain uses of your data and withdraw consent at any time.
• Ask for your data in a portable format where this applies.
• Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe your rights have been breached.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you block them.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Transfers outside Nigeria

Some of our service providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we take steps to make sure your data stays protected as the law requires.
